Services We Provide
Our only current basset hound stud is Ch Vogue's
Woebgon Black Jack. "Jack" has an excellent show
record and has been well liked by a variety of AKC
judges. Don is currently showing Jack. The two of
them can be seen in person at most Southern
California AKC dog shows. We will breed him only to
approved bitches from AKC Championship bloodlines.
Interested parties with qualified bitches may contact
us through email or calling.
There may be puppies available this year for both
show homes and for pets. Only time will tell. Joy is the
mother of our most recent litter. She will be bred again
in April of 2010. If you are interested in purchasing a

At any time please feel free to contact us about basset
hounds and owning them. We have a lot of
experience, both good and bad, and are always willing
to share with others. If we can't answer your
questions, we have friends and other resources that
can help as well. Some excellent resources are listed
on our "Contact/Links" page. Many of the sites we
have links to have a wide variety of information about
basset hounds. Before you consider owning a basset
hound we would highly recommend that you consult
these sites as well as any books on the breed. You'll
find out why many feel that they are owned by their
basset hound instead of them owning one. Remember
the dog you purchase or rescue will be a member of
your family for many years.

Our purpose for breeding basset hounds is to
maintain and improve our line of bassets. We want
the best quality bassets for our home and will do all
we can to breed them. The litters we have are bred
for this purpose, not to sell to pet homes.
Occasionally we may have some puppies for sale to
pet homes. All our breeding stock are AKC
Champions. With this as our purpose, we do offer the
